About your visit:

• All purchases must be taken with you on the day, but for larger pieces we’re happy to arrange delivery for £48 within Mainland UK.
• Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a suitable four-hour delivery slot and your items will be delivered to you within two weeks.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, and cash payments.
• Please note that parking is limited.
• If you are a G&G Loyalty Program member, please note that loyalty points can still be accrued and spent with your purchase from the Outlet.
• All products are sold as seen; no refunds, returns or exchanges can be processed after the sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• We reserve the right to change the price or availability of stock at any time.
• Any items purchased must be taken home on the same day and cannot be stored for collection at a later date, however we do offer a delivery service as mentioned above.
• Our warehouse is fully operational and contains hazards. Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety.
• Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs into our Outlet.
