We will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible however please note that during peak seasonal periods (including sale), some slight delays are expected. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

† Delivery to Remote Areas: For customers living in more remote areas of the UK (such as Scotland, Cornwall and Devon), delivery times may be longer than our standard timeframes. This is due to the limited frequency of our couriers visiting these locations. Rest assured, your courier will notify you of the delivery day once your order is placed.

Additional Information
If all items are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours. You'll be contacted by our parcel courier with a delivery date and tracking link shortly after.
For furniture items, processing and collection by will take a bit longer. Expect contact from our furniture courier within 3–7 days of ordering, with delivery usually within the second week.
Upon furniture delivery, you must sign a confirmation that the goods are in satisfactory condition. If you can't be present, notify our Customer Service team of any faults within 72 hours.
If items are missing from your order, contact Customer Service before assembly or return.
Delivery Methods Explained
STANDARD & EXTRA LARGE PARCEL
Standard: Covers small items such as gifts, home accessories, and soft furnishings.
Extra Large Parcel: Includes larger home accessories such as lighting, small tables, and stools.
Both options are delivered by DPD or Parcelforce, depending on size and location.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text with a delivery date and tracking reference. You’ll have the option to amend the delivery date and drop-off location. On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message detailing a one-hour delivery time slot.
ALL FURNITURE
Single Small Furniture: Applicable for one small item such as a shelf, bedside table, rug, or mirror. (one-man delivery to entrance/hallway – does not include unboxing or removal of packaging).
Large Furniture: Refers to large or multiple items like beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, and sofas.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirming the delivery date and a four-hour delivery window. On the delivery day, our team will call approximately one hour before arrival to confirm the time.
Please note, furniture over 95kg can only be delivered to a ground floor room. If access issues are anticipated, please contact our Customer Services team before ordering.
Failed Delivery Policy
To ensure successful delivery, you must be home on the agreed date and time slot, as re-delivery fees may apply if the delivery fails. If your availability changes, please notify us at least two working days before the scheduled delivery date to avoid additional charges. Full details will be included in your delivery confirmation email.
Made-To-Order Sofas
Delivery times for made-to-order armchairs and sofas vary. Approximate delivery times are provided on each product page, typically 8-10 weeks for production, with delivery within 10 working days after completion.
Delivery cost within Mainland UK for made-to-order items is £80.
Due to their size, we cannot deliver bespoke sofas outside of Mainland UK. For deliveries of bespoke armchairs and footstools outside of Mainland UK, please contact Customer Services for a quote.
CLICK AND COLLECT OPTIONS
Want something sooner with no delivery costs? Pick up your online favourites in person at our Bayswater or Outlet stores.
Trowbridge Outlet
For any sized order, collect from our Trowbridge Outlet. Please wait 72 hours after ordering before collection. Confirm your order’s availability by contacting the Outlet Store on 01249 474 465.

At our Bayswater Store, we offer Click & Collect for standard parcel orders only. After placing your order, please allow up to 3 days before collection.

Optional Furniture Assembly
Our specialist courier service will assemble selected furniture upon arrival. An additional £20 per item will apply for assembly. Please contact our Customer Service team to arrange this. We recommend measuring all entryways and spaces prior to ordering. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit into residences.
SPECIALIST 2-MAN WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
Our specialist two-man white-glove service ensures your Large Furniture is delivered with the utmost care and attention. This premium service includes room-of-choice delivery, unboxing, assembly (at an additional cost), and packaging removal (please note that if you are planning on returning your item, please keep all packaging). Furniture should be checked thoroughly before signing for delivery.
