Step 1: Discover Your Style

 

Creating your perfect sofa should feel exciting and effortless. Our bespoke upholstery service is designed to guide you through the process step by step, so you can enjoy designing a piece that fits seamlessly into your home and lifestyle.

 

Start by selecting from our range of bespoke designs—whether you’re after the relaxed elegance of the Sydney, the mid-century charm of the Kasper, or the generous comfort of a modular sofa like the Dax, there’s a style to suit every space and taste. Step 2: Get a Feel For It 

With over 70 carefully curated fabrics—including rich velvets, soft chenilles, natural linens, and tactile cord—you’re sure to find one that speaks to you. 

 

Not sure which to choose? You can request up to six free fabric swatches online, or visit our Paddington Store to meet with one of our expert team members.

Step 3: Crafted to Perfection

Your bespoke piece is expertly upholstered by hand, using FSC-certified wood for a sustainable, built-to-last finish. We work closely with small workshops in the UK and Europe, where skilled local craftspeople bring your design to life with care and precision.

 

Every detail is considered, and every stitch is intentional. From frame construction to fillings and finishes, we obsess over the craftsmanship—so you don’t have to. The result is a sofa that not only looks beautiful, but is made to stand the test of time.

 

Each bespoke sofa, armchair or footstall is lovingly crafted from design to doorstep in 8-12 weeks.

Step 4: Delivered with Care 

When your bespoke piece is ready, our specialist furniture courier service will deliver your piece to the room of your choice and remove all unwanted packaging, so all that's left for you to do is sit back and sink in.
