Polished chrome legs give the collection a modern twist. With five feather filled cushions included, the Denver provides the ideal place to relax and unwind. Product Story

We work closely with a European sofa manufacturer with over twenty five years’ experience in designing and making bespoke upholstery. Working with the local community to employ skilled seamstresses and upholsterers who carefully handcraft each part of the collection, every detail in the process is meticulously thought out. The environment is really important to them, so they work really hard to source as many eco-friendly materials as possible.

      Custom Options

      We strongly recommend ordering our free fabric swatches to take a closer look at your chosen colour and fabric before ordering your bespoke sofa, armchair or footstool. Fabrics may differ slightly from our online images and in certain settings depending on the light levels.

      The Denver sofa includes scatter cushions (45 x 45cm) in your chosen fabric.

      All of our bespoke upholstery is fire retardant for domestic use.

      We offer additional or alternative options for each of our made-to-order collections. We recommend that if you have any specific requests that are not listed to call and speak with our friendly customer services team on 01225 418 200 for more information.

      Delivery

      Due to coronavirus, our made to order designs will take a little longer than usual. At the moment we estimate that they will take 10-14 weeks to be handmade, though this may change. Once your item is ready and it’s safe to deliver, we will call you to arrange a date that’s convenient for you.

      Once it has been made, it will be despatched directly from the maker and usually delivered within 7-14 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days.

      Your item will be delivered within a mutually convenient time slot using our specialist bespoke furniture courier service who will deliver to a room of your choice, carry out any assembly required, and remove all unwanted packaging.

      Delivery cost within Mainland UK is £48.00.

      Delivery of bespoke armchairs and footstools outside of Mainland UK will require a quote. Please order as normal and our customer care team will be in touch. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver bespoke sofas outside of Mainland UK due to their size. Please get in touch with customer services for further information.

      Returns

      During this time we’re unable to accept any returns or arrange Parcelforce and furniture collections. We’ve extended our returns policy by 30 days from the date we re-open again. If you’d like to make a return, please email our customer services team on mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk and we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

      All of our bespoke items have been made-to-order especially for you and are not usually stocked by Graham & Green. This means you cannot amend the order once it has been placed and cannot cancel the order.

      If you wish to return your bespoke item, 20% of the product price will be kept by Graham & Green to cover re-stocking costs.

      To return a bespoke item you must contact our customer services team on 01225 418 200 or mailorder@grahamandgreen.co.uk within 14 days of delivery of the order.

      All returns are made at a cost to you, our customer services team can help to organise a collection for a charge of £48.00.
