We just wanted to let you know the steps we’ve taken at Graham and Green to help prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We’ll be keeping a close eye on all official guidance at this difficult time and are so grateful for your support and understanding.
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q. Are your stores open?
We’re thrilled to share that our stores are open again. To keep everyone safe, we’re carefully limiting the number of customers in store via an online appointment booking system over on our store locator page.
We’re offering thirty minute slots every hour and half hour. You can also pop in without an appointment, though there may be a queue of fellow interiors lovers.
Expect to see hand sanitising stations, perspex screens across our till points and our team carefully wiping down surfaces. Thanks in advance for keeping your distance while in store and please do stay at home if you’re showing any symptoms – we’ll be doing the same.
Q.Can I still place an order?
Absolutely! We have a small, dedicated team working carefully and at a safe distance in our warehouse.
Q.How will my items be delivered?
DELIVERY OF SMALLER ITEMS
For smaller items such as lamps and home accessories, you will not be required to sign for your parcels. If you’re home, your driver will happily leave the parcel on your doorstep.
At this busy time, Parcelforce are not able to guarantee your delivery date and we appreciate your understanding as they work to deliver your parcels as quickly and safely as possible.
DELIVERY OF LARGER ITEMS
For our larger furniture delivery items such as beds, sofas and floor mirrors, our team will happily carry your item into your room of choice or leave it in a nominated safe place outside your home.
They’ll also take away the packaging for you and are happy to assist with simple assembly such as screwing on sofa legs. As our delivery team are carefully limiting visits to 15 minutes at the moment, we are not currently able to assemble items such as beds.
Our delivery team are having their temperatures checked every morning and are wearing protective face masks and gloves. They are also carrying hand sanitiser and antiviral wipes as additional safety measures.
If you or anyone else living at the property are showing symptoms, our delivery team will reschedule at a later date. The same applies if anyone in your home is currently shielding.

Q.I’m planning to order a made to order item, when will it be ready?
We’re thrilled to share that our brilliant sofa makers are open again. Our made to order designs (such as sofas, armchairs and footstool) take around 8-12 weeks to be handcrafted for your home.
