Returning an item is simple...
A returns form will be enclosed with your delivery, simply fill it out and return it with the items you wish to return. Items must be received back within 14 days of delivery. As soon as your parcel arrives, we will process your exchange, refund or credit note.

It is advised that these items are not stored next to or in front of radiators, as the expansion of the wood base may cause the glass to crack.
