How to Order

Online

Navigate our website using the navigation bar across the top of the website. Select a product from our collection and where applicable select the quantity you wish to purchase. Click on the 'Add to basket button' and this will save your chosen product to your basket. Continue browsing the website to add more products or head to the checkout to make payment. If you wish to review your chosen items click on 'View Basket'  or if you are satisfied with your selection click on 'Checkout'. If you are a registered customer, login using the email address you registered with and your password. If you are a new customer, register and complete the form with your billing and delivery information.

Availability

Many of our items including large pieces of furniture and mirrors are always in stock, but during busy times of the year, stock may be limited and further stock on order. Our Dream and Snooze sofa ranges are all made to order and are delivered within 4-6 weeks. Payment for each order is taken upon confirmation at the checkout, this reserves stock for you in our warehouse and secures stock which is due for delivery.

Checkout

You can change the quantity or remove items at any time and review the entire order before proceeding through the checkout.

Security

Our site navigation is displayed on the left hand side; you can also use the breadcrumb at the top or bottom of each page. All relevant details can be found on the product details page, including a product description, dimensions, care instructions and delivery and returns information.

Promotional Codes

If you have a promotional code, this can be entered at the “order options” page. You will need to click the update button for any discounts or promotions to be activated on the order. You will receive a Checkout Complete message and an email confirmation once your order has been completed.

How to set up an account...In a nutshell!
  • Billing address

    Where your credit / debit card is registered. There is a postcode look up and if it doesn't recognise your address it will choose the nearest one; you can edit the field on the next screen.

  • Delivery address

    We can deliver items to an alternative address and you can manage the addresses on your account at any time. Although, once you have placed an order, we cannot guarantee to re-route your delivery if you choose to change it afterwards.

  • Promotional Information

    If you would like to be among the first to receive our new season catalogues or be kept informed of exclusive online discounts, you may want to tick the boxes to opt-in to this promotional activity. Read our Privacy and Security Policy.
