History

Nestled in the heart of Bath’s countryside you’ll find the Graham Family; Jamie and Lou and their son Max. The family have recently moved out of London but still have strong roots in the city where Antonia Graham founded the company in the early 1970’s;

“Graham & Green is synonymous with diverse West London style; our first shop opened in the heart of Notting Hill in 1974 and our style has evolved with the area.  You’ll still find our boutique emporium filled with eclectic finds on Elgin Crescent and our second treasure-trove store in the delightfully stylish Primrose Hill”.

Jamie’s expertise in furniture design has expanded the product offering and their flagship store in the thriving Bayswater area is the perfect place to showcase Graham & Green’s versatile product collections;

“We’ve transformed our flagship store into pockets of inspiration, showcasing furniture alongside our myriad of accessories. Bayswater is the perfect place to see our eclectic mix of vintage inspiration, contemporary style and finds from around the globe. It’s every bit a lifestyle store and is also home to our interior design service and expert trade department”.

Most recently Jamie and Lou have renovated a 19th century former bake house into the company’s new headquarters and their only store outside London. Found in Bath’s artisan quarter on Walcot Street, the store often hosts workshops and events for the local community of Bath and beyond.

“We fell in love with Somerset’s picturesque landscape and Bath’s architecture. Being right in the heart of the city’s artisan quarter is perfect for us; we’re surrounded by inspirational independent businesses and interior design shops. It’s the perfect place to come for a weekend away; the whole city is brimming with good food, a creative atmosphere and endless design inspiration”.

Strong family values are still very much at the heart of the company here at Graham & Green. We pride ourselves on nurturing relationships with suppliers and customers around the globe. Our rich history working closely with international artisans to craft unique designs translates into the high-quality products you see today.
