Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Recently purchased two Hector Pendants to hang in my hallway. The wait was well worth it, they look fab. Modern, simple lines. The cord the lights come on is 1.5 meters as I think they are typically used in a kitchen or above a table, but we got an electrician round to fit them and he just cut the cord to size. Love them and cheaper than getting them from BTC directly! Once again another fine investment from Graham & Green.
