Responsible for: Web Merchandise Admin Assistant & Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive
Liason with: Head of Sales, Head of Operations, Head of Merchandising, PR Manager, Head of Finance & Co. Secretary
Main purpose: Develop and maintain the marketing strategy, plan & budget for the company in order to achieve maximum profits through the sales channels

The company have been supplying exceptional interiors and gifts for 40 years. Our unique and eclectic ranges are available in the stores and showroom and can also be purchased via the web and mail order.
The candidate must have high profile ecommerce experience gained in a retail environment. You will be commercially aware, possess a strong record of driving and achieving growth through digital marketing, CRM, direct mail and content management.
Marketing- Develop and implement the online strategy along with company wide marketing campaigns.
Website- To manage and develop a web content manager.
Profile- 5+ years in an E-tailing and Direct environment

Purpose of the Role
The mainstay of this role is to contribute towards the continuous improvement in the levels of customer service within the company; ultimately meeting and exceeding the customer expectations vis-a-vis the 'high-end’ brand image of Graham and Green.
• Answer all incoming calls on a priority basis; Answer both customer
service & sales calls as and when the need be
• To ensure that all customer queries are resolved and all customer orders placed as quickly & efficiently as possible.
• Work towards minimizing the number of issues being escalated to Customer Service Team Leader / Manager
• Manage the product waiting list and ensure that customers are contacted as soon as the product becomes un/re-available
• Aim towards processing all returns and exchanges within 48 hours wherever possible
• Be up to date in responding to mail order emails
• Continually seek customer service feedback and share with the Customer Services Manager to improve agent customer care standards.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the management from time to time

•Excellent written and oral English
•Empathetic and considerate nature
•Desire to deliver excellence in customer service through people performance and knowledge not just through technical ability
•Excellent skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
