We are recruiting for a Part Time Sales Assistant position in our Elgin Crescent Store.
The responsibilities for this position are:
• To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times and meeting
the minimum standards at Graham and Green.
• To have excellent product knowledge; knowledge of suppliers, fabrics,
delivery lead times, pricing, history behind product.
• To be able to process all sales, gift vouchers, and credit notes.
• To merchandise the store to company guidelines.
• To keep up to date data and provide full information on customer requests,
purchases and deliveries. To update the Manager/Assistant Manager on new entries.
• To take full responsibility for the stock. To minimise damages and theft.
• To take responsibility for the stock room and to ensure the stock room
is kept neat and tidy at all times.
• To communicate all pertinent issues to the Manager.
Skills required:
• Previous retail sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of visual merchandising
• Willingness to work weekends
• Flexibility
