Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge at £5.95 and £25 for small furniture items. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items is £38 within the M25 and £55 to the rest of the UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland requires a bespoke delivery charge. Please call 0845 130 6622 for a delivery quotation. While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Simply complete the returns form that was included with your order and enclose it with the items and post back to;

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. You will be issued with a credit note for any items returned after this time. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
